I did like the main characters, especially Jules. Jules is everything we want in an antihero- funny, cocky, brilliant…the premise between demons and the Vatican was interesting, but there were several ‘fights’ and descriptions that were hard to follow and picture. It dulled the connection between book and reader.

TL;DR: characters great, plot vague.
