Great things: Two very interesting characters. Loved the main guy and girl. I absolutely felt chemistry between the two.

Bad things: There was just no connection to anything else. I don't even see how this could be considered a fantasy novel. It was just a rich girl deciding she didn't want to marry, so she basically in-debts herself so she can be shipped off to the New World to get married. How does this make any sense? Then we she gets there, she thinks she'll be able to choose, but *shocker* she almost gets forced into marrying a total creep.

I just was hoping for so much more. I loved Richelle's other series. I just wasn't feeling this one.
